Laura DeSousa - Core Curriculum Teacher - MST,BA,CYW

Laura is a graduate of both Queen's University with a BA in Sociology and the State university of New York with a Masters of Science in Teaching. Laura is also a graduate of the St.Lawrence College Child and Youth Worker diploma program. Laura has been part of the Quintilian Team since 2001 when she began as an educational assistant. Her professional interests include literacy, developing self-esteem and team building. In her spare time Laura enjoys yoga, reading and travel.

Beckie Veley - High School Tutoring Program Lead - CYW

Beckie is a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker program at St.Lawrence College. She has had 5 years experience working with children and youth with a variety of different needs and challenges. Beckie has been part of the Quintilian team since September 2006.

Celina Santos - Educational Assistant - BPsych

Celina is a 2010 graduate of St. Lawrence College and holds a B.A.A. in Behavioural Psychology. She has been a part of the Quintilian Team since September 2010, working in the Homework and Social Clubs. Her educational background and keen interest in children have lead her to pursue a career working with children with varying needs and challenges. Celina has experience working with children and teaching them new skills, as well as improving old skills in varying situations. In her spare time, Celina enjoys keeping active with her daughter, playing various sports and reading.

Erol Agaoglu - – Support Worker - CYW

Erol joined the Quintilian team in June 2009. Erol has a background in corrections and Child and Youth Work. Erol is an avid athlete and a devoted soccer player. Erol also enjoys sketching and playing his guitar when he is not working at Quintilian.
